I received a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Genoa (UniGe), Italy, in 2017, with a thesis on endoprostheses. In 2021, I received a master’s degree in Bioengineering from UniGe, with a thesis on a soft, quasi-passive exoskeleton for lower-limb assistance, in affiliation with Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT). 

For almost 2 years at IIT, I worked as a Jr. Fellow researcher on exoskeletons for back support, and then I pursued a Ph.D. in Advanced and Humanoid Robotics, focusing on the development of versatile, multi-task control and on the assessment of physical interaction with occupational back-support exoskeletons. My research interests include wearable robotics and sensors, assessment of physical human-robot interaction, design and development of control strategies, and data processing.
